WHAT WE CAN HELP YOU CONNECT

From the booking
to the delivery record.

Start with one team or shipment flow. We map the records, decisions and exceptions before proposing a build.

01 / COORDINATION

A clear shipment file.

Bookings, references, document checklists, planned dates and milestone updates. Keep the next action visible when an update or document is missing.

02 / WAREHOUSE

Make handovers explicit.

Expected versus received quantities, partial receipts, pick lists, packing, loading and dispatch. Agree exactly when stock changes and who confirms it.

03 / LAST MILE

Close the delivery loop.

Delivery jobs, attempts, reasons for non-delivery and proof-of-delivery records. Keep partial deliveries and exceptions open until resolved.

04 / COSTS & DOCUMENTS

Check before approving.

Compare quoted charges with recorded supplier costs. Highlight differences and missing supporting documents for a person to review.

05 / REPORTING

See the outstanding work.

Milestone queues, aging exceptions and work by owner. Define useful indicators around your process, rather than adding another disconnected report.

06 / AGENT ASSISTANCE

Prepare the update faster.

An integrated agent could summarize approved shipment records, identify missing information and prepare a status draft. Staff review the source and approve the next action.

HOW THE WORKFLOW OPERATES

Carry the context
through every stage.

  1. 01 / CAPTURECreate the shipment record.Use agreed booking fields and document references. Imports or API connections are assessed separately.
  2. 02 / CHECKCompare plan and reality.Record receipts, milestones and quantities. Missing documents or differences become visible exceptions.
  3. 03 / HAND OVERConfirm each movement.Warehouse staff record preparation and dispatch; delivery staff record attempts and completed quantities.
  4. 04 / REVIEWResolve and communicate.Review exceptions, cost differences and any agent-prepared update before an agreed external action.
Try this in the demo: clear the document check, record arrival, receive eight of twelve cartons, dispatch six, record a failed delivery attempt, then deliver five. The remaining inbound and delivery quantities stay visible. Prepare a draft from those same records and review it before approval.

The browser demo simulates manual records and a rules-based assistant. It has no live carrier feed, GPS, driver app, transport booking, payment processing or live AI model. Refresh resets the fictional records.

WHO IT MAY FIT

Teams coordinating physical goods.

  • Importers and distributors connecting procurement with delivery.
  • Freight or transport teams coordinating documents and milestones.
  • Warehouse and fulfillment teams managing handover exceptions.
  • Local delivery teams needing a consistent delivery record.

These are workflow examples. We confirm the fit, existing tools and project scope with each business.

WHAT WE CHECK FIRST

Build around the systems you use.

We review your ERP, WMS or TMS, available APIs and exports, staff roles, shipment volume and document requirements. A focused integration may be more suitable than replacing a system.

Live tracking, routing, mobile access, barcode devices, carrier connections and multi-site operations require separate technical and operational validation.

BEFORE A PROJECT STARTS

Clear expectations.

Is this a ready-to-run transport or warehouse system?

This is a tailored software development service with a fictional workflow demonstration. Production hosting, shared access, integrations, recovery and support must be agreed and validated for your business.

Can this connect with our existing ERP or spreadsheets?

Potentially. We first check API access, export formats, ownership, data quality and technical constraints. The proposal names the connections included, how changes are checked and what happens when a connection fails.

How do we evaluate time or cost savings?

Choose a repeatable task and establish its current volume, time spent and error or exception rate. Compare those measures in a scoped pilot. We do not infer a saving from fictional demo figures.

START WITH ONE WORKFLOW

Show us a handover
worth improving.

Tell us what you move, which team owns the work and where information gets passed between systems. We’ll show a relevant fictional-data demo and discuss the fit.

The introductory demo is free. Custom prototypes, integrations and paid pilots are scoped and quoted separately.
